Esmeralda's entitlements package is now public!
We've made Esmeralda's entitlements package public 20 days before the Planning Commission hearing. Cloverdale staff have posted the application documents on the City's website, and we invite you to take a look.
This is a large package, and we think the community deserves time to read it, ask questions, and form their own views before the hearing. Making the documents available early is part of our commitment to an open and transparent public process.
How to access the project documents
Visit the City's Esmeralda project page to review the application package. The entitlements are the proposed plans, standards, and agreements that would govern development if approved.
The City identifies these as draft documents and will keep a log of changes on its website. Additional supporting materials will also be posted there as the hearing approaches.

The Planning Commission will consider the project and make a recommendation to the City Council. We'd love for you to be there and share your thoughts.
