It operates like a temporary college campus—combining talks, workshops, shared meals, and daily life—to foster deep relationships, intergenerational exchange, and a strong sense of place.

The format of the Open House will be informal. We will set up stations around the main room addressing various topics of interest, from open space, to transportation, to the design vision for the future resort-hotel. You'll be able to speak directly to team members about each topic.

UPDATE: We are thrilled that the City Council formally adopted the project's Water Supply Assessment (WSA)!
This assessment confirms that Cloverdale has sufficient water supply to meet the project's needs along with all other demands in the city (including significant projected growth) under normal, single dry year, and multiple dry year conditions.
