Update: Water Supply Assessment Adopted + Project Town Hall

We're excited to share two updates about Esmeralda.
1. Water Supply Assessment adopted
The City Council formally adopted the project's Water Supply Assessment (WSA). The key finding: Cloverdale has sufficient water supply to meet project demands plus citywide needs under normal, single dry year, and multiple dry year scenarios.
This represents a critical project milestone enabling continued public engagement.

2. Esmeralda Project Town Hall
We're hosting a Town Hall to address questions collected by the City Council and discuss modifications to the previously approved site plan.
